We aim to be an all-round SAP consultancy, but not a traditional one in which our goal would be to teach and employ juniors so that we could get dividends out of their cheap labour. The way we built and run the company is, in short: no employees, no management, no financial benefit from ownership, just a friendly bunch of good consultants working through the common company and paying minimum to keep it running. The ultimate goal is to win projects as a group, covering several areas/modules with outstanding consultants.
